Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy. If at any point within 30 days of your purchase, you've changed your mind, just reach out and we'll make it right. Â
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. Please also be prepared with your order number.Â
To start a return, you may initiate it on Your Orders page, or can contact us at info@shopgemistry.com. We’ll send you a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.Â

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), gift cards, and final sale items (such as clearance or flash sale items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.Â
Exchanges
The exchange process is similar to returns. Once the return is accepted, you will be refunded and you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your return. When approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.Â
